What are virtues? by definition, is the moral excellence of a person. A morally excellent person has a character made-up of virtues valued of good morals. The 7 virtues mentioned in the Bible are patience, kindness, charity, temperance, diligence, chastity, and humility. If your children are taught to practice them it will bring Shalom into their life. It is commanded that we raise our Children in the admiration of the Lord. Indeed, “virtue” comes from the Latin virus (force, worth, power).
Children need heroes. They need examples of what right looks like, where they can see a principle put into action. Virtues of George Washington, Amelia Earhart, Helen Keller, and many more. You reap what you sow. You sow a thought; you reap an action. You sow an action; you reap a habit, You sow a habit; you reap your character. You sow your character; you reap a legacy.
